SL-30 Deluxe Digital Temperature Controlled Soldering Station

This hi-tech soldering station incorporates a sophisticated electronic circuit which enables the user to change the tip temperature from 300°F(150°C) to 900°F(480°C). The temperature is maintained within +/- 10°F of its preset temperature. This is made possible by a unique temperature sensor that is located near the tip, resulting in rapid response and little temperature variation. When soldernig, added power is applied to heat the tip to keep the temperature constant. The tip is isolated from the AC line by a 24V transformer. The tip is grounded to eliminate static charges. This SL-30 incorporates a linear LED array readout which accurately indicates the temperature of the tip.
